What’s More Alive Than You (WMATY), a Padua, Italy-based brand producer of high-end shoes, bags, and contemporary jewellery, recently raised €1.1m in its first funding.
Backers include Ingenium Sardegna (Zernike Meta Ventures) and private investors sourced via Elserino Piol and Mario Citelli’s Neon Club.
Led by CEO Mario Innocente and Michela De Zuani, WMATY manufactures high-end shoes, bags, and contemporary jewellery designed by university students of art, architecture, interior and fashion design from 92 countries and professionals from the fashion and design industries as well as those who have good ideas and wish to see them realized and rewarded.
The company is also seeking €1m in second funding.
