Broadbandchoices.co.uk, a London, UK-based provider of home communications price comparison services, has received a £10m minority equity investment from Business Growth Fund (BGF).
The company intends to use the proceeds to accelerate growrth in the UK, promote international expansion with its European brands, and develop its proprietary technology.
Owned by Decision Technologies Ltd (DTL), Broadbandchoices.co.uk provides comparison and switching services directly to consumers. DTL also operates a partnership platform through which it powers the home communication comparison services of over 40 white label partners including CompareTheMarket.com, Confused.com and GoCompare.com, and has a European presence via its newly launched comparison websites Comparaiso.es (Spain), Letamis.fr (France) and Schlaubi.de (Germany).

In conjunction with the funding, Chris Hodges of BGF will join the company’s board.
