Bright Pattern, Inc., a San Bruno, CA-based provider of next-generation cloud contact center software solution, has closed its seed financing.
The round was led by Cervin Ventures. The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the capital to enhance its offering.
Led by Konstantin Kishinsky, CEO and co-founder, Bright Pattern is launching its ServicePattern offering, a multi-channel cloud-based contact center solution designed to help customers manage the complete life-cycle of customer service.
The company also has a European sales office in Luxembourg.
