Xirrus, a Thousand Oaks, CA-based provider of high-performance wireless access networks, has closed a $23.5m Series E financing.
Backers include existing investors August Capital, Canaan Partners, InterWest Partners, QuestMark Partners, and US Venture Partners.
The company intends to use the funding to accelerate global sales growth and product innovation.
Led by Shane Buckley, CEO, Xirrus provides a Wi-Fi architecture capable of wire-like performance to organizations across the education, healthcare, government and enterprise industries) that depend on business-critical mobile applications. The company designs and manufactures its products and solutions in the USA.
