St. Vibes Ltd, a new company set up to open and operate a brand new restaurant and bar in Shoreditch Town Hall London, UK, has raised £250k in crowdfunding.
50 investors have acquired a 25% stake in the company via CrowdCube.
Founded by Chef Isaac McHale and Restaurateurs Daniel Willis and Johnny Smith, St. Vibes intends to use the proceeds to fund its new project which is set to open in October 2012.
