The Riverside Co.-backed OnCourse Learning, a provider of professional training for multiple industries, has acquired CompuTaught for an undisclosed amount.
US Bank provided financing for the transaction. Riverside will leverage its resources and experience in the education and training industry to continue to grow the combined company.
Atlanta, GA-based CompuTaugh provides online training courses and print resources for real estate broker, appraisal, mortgage and home inspection licensing.
It sells through a partner affiliate and school distribution network and via careerwebschool.com and californialicense.com.
Led by CEO Patrick Sheahan and based in Waukesha, Wisconsin, OnCourse had already acquired four companies, including:
– QuickCert.com (2007),
– American Home Inspectors Training Institute (2007),
– TrainingPro (2008) and
– ProSchools (2010).
