Datavail Raises $4.25M in Third Financing

Datavail, a Broomfield, Colorado-based provider of remote database administration (DBA) services, has raised $4.25m in its third financing.

Backers include new investor Meritage Funds, and existing investors Boulder Ventures and Montis Capital.

The company intends to use the proceeds from the investment to expand operations in the northeast region to service New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia markets and hire new employees to support this geographic growth. Datavail also plans to increase its marketing initiatives, internal infrastructure projects, and research & development efforts.
