HireVue, Inc. a Draper, Utah-based provider of an on-demand digital interviewing platform, has closed a $22m in funding.
It includes a $17m Series C equity round, led by Investor Growth Capital, with participation from Granite Ventures, Peterson Ventures, new investors Rose Park Advisors, and the law firm of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich and Rosati, as well as an expansion of the company’s debt facility.
HireVue intends to use the proceeds for research and development (R&D), sales and marketing, client services, and global expansion.
Led by David Bradford, CEO, HireVue provides global companies and small businesses with a cloud-based digital interview platform to streamline their hiring processes. It allows qualified candidates to respond to interview questions from a computer, tablet or smartphone, and employers can then watch interview responses anytime, anywhere. Responses are captured digitally and can be objectively compared, rated and shared with other members of the hiring team.
The company currently employs more than 60 professionals. Customers include Walmart, Nike, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, eBay, Nestle, GEICO, Dow Jones and other more than 300 companies.
