According to reports, Deminos, a Gateshead, UK-based outsourcing HR company, has raised £120k in its third venture capital funding from Northstar.
The company intends to use the funding to employs support and administration staff as well as HR consultants.
Founded five years ago by Neil and Louise Atkinson, Deminos provides SMEs with an HR and employment law service. It offers specialist HR outsourcing solutions, dedicated HR managers, HR tools, round the clock HR support, HR guidance and legal support.
The company, which currently serves around 140 clients around the UK including Toni & Guy, Aspers, and Macbryde Homes, recently opened offices in London, Leeds, Nottingham, Manchester, Bristol and Reading.
