Andrews Consulting Group Receives $1M in Venture Debt Financing

Andrews Consulting Group Inc. (ACG), a Cheshire, Conn.-based provider of data warehousing software, has received $1m in venture debt financing from the Venture & Mezzanine Debt Fund of Connecticut Innovations (CI).

The company intends to use the capital to continue to expand its product line.

Founded in 1984 and led by CEO David Andrews, ACG has developed two software products:
- RapidDecision, a pre-built, real-time data warehouse that organizes data in a way that facilitates analysis by all of the major data analysis tools.
- RapidReconciler, which eliminates time-consuming month-end reconciliations.
The company works closely with Business Objects, Oracle, Microstrategy, Microsoft and IBM, customizing their products to clients’ needs. Customers include Ford, 3M, Amway, and Elizabeth Arden and other 200 companies.
