Ticketfly Raises $22M in Series C Funding


Ticketfly, a San Francisco, CA-based social ticketing platform, has raised $22m in Series C funding.

This round was led by SAP Ventures, with participation from Northgate Capital, Cross Creek Capital, and existing investor Mohr Davidow Ventures.

The company plans to use the capital to further accelerate technology innovation and expand in existing and new vertical and geographic markets.

Launched in 2008 and led by Andrew Dreskin, CEO, Ticketfly provides a cloud-based social ticketing platform for professional event promoters and venues. It provides integrated ticketing, website, social marketing, email and analytics tools that streamline operations and increase ticket sales.
Clients include The Catalyst, The Echo/Echoplex and Spaceland Presents, 40 Watt Club, Rams Head, Aladdin Theater, Cain’s Ballroom, Foam & Glow Tour, Dutch Lions Soccer Club, The Slipper Room, The Vogue Nightclub and Aspen Live Conference.
