Seculert, a Petach-Tikva, Israel-based threat detection company, has raised $5.35m in financing.
The round was led by Norwest Venture Partners, with participation from existing investor YL Ventures.
In conjunction with the funding, Dror Nahumi, a partner at Norwest, has joined Seculert’s board.
The company intends to use the funding to expand its sales and product development teams and establish its U.S. presence.
Led by Dudi Matot, CEO, Seculert provides enterprises, governments and service providers with a cloud-based solution to automatically find malware that has been bypassed by existing legacy security measures across an entire organization, including laptops, mobile devices and remote employees.
