real5d.com, a San Francisco, CA-based real estate visualization platform, has raised $1.2m in Series A financing.
The round was led by DoubleRock Venture Capital.
Led by founder and CEO Balazs Farago, real5D creates a virtual model of a physical property. It allows the buyer to control the experience, as well as speak with live salespeople as if they were inside the physical property itself.
The company intends to use the capital to further develop its product (creating an online universal platform for its technology as well as entering the mobile space) and expand its customer reach.
In conjunction with the funding, Suraj Rajwani of DoubleRock will be joining real 5D’s Board of Directors.
