Pie Digital, Inc., a Palo Alto, CA-based provider of a cloud software services management platform, has raised an additional $8m in financing.
Backers include existing investor T-Venture.
The company intends to use the funding for technology development and sales and marketing expansion.
Led by John Orcutt, CEO, Pie provides a cloud-based software services management platform for broadband and premium service providers to manage and support home and small business networks and connected devices.
It consists of three key components:
Pie Home™, a consumer facing desktop and mobile device application,
Pie Tech™, a customer service representative (CSR) application,
Pie Base™, a cloud-based knowledge management system for service providers to aggregate and mine subscriber data, identify product and service up-sell opportunities, and improve customer support.
