N-Dimension Solutions Inc., a Richmond Hill, Canada-based Smart Grid cyber security company, has received a $3.85m financing.
The round was led by EnerTech Capital, with participation from Export Development Canada.
In conjunction with the financing, EnerTech Capital Managing Directors Wally Hunter and Scott Ungerer will join N-Dimension’s Board of Directors. Eugene Siklos of EDC will become an observer.
The company intends to use the proceeds from the investment to expands on a global basis.
Led by Doug Westlund, CEO, N-Dimension Solutions provides Cyber Security solutions to the global critical infrastructure market (electric, water, oil and gas, transportation). The company, which also offers professional services to assist critical infrastructure operators in understanding their risk profile and in implementing appropriate mitigative measures, has established a leading position in the North American Electric Utility market focused primarily on the over 2,200 public power companies and 900 cooperatives.
