E.M.A.R.C. SpA, a Vinovo (To), Italy-based designer and manufacturer of structural components for autovehicles, has received a $10m minority equity investment from Fondo Italiano di Investimento.
The company intends to use the proceeds from the investment to accelerate growth organically and through acquisitions and expand abroad.
Founded in 1978 by President Pietro Passone, E.M.A.R.C. offers steel and aluminium products including doors, systems for automatic doors, moduls for structural assembly and body structural parts for cars and commercials.
The company currently employs about 670 dipendenti, with 13 production facilities in Europe, South America, China and India, and has a turnover of €139m.
