Mobile Travel Technologies Ltd., a Dublin, Ireland-based mobile travel technology specialist, has completed a $5m financing.
The round was led by DFJ Esprit.
The company intends to use the capital to expand into new markets and strengthen its team at its headquarters in The Digital Hub in Dublin, at its offices in London and Manila.
Founded in 2005 by Gerry Samuels, MTT provides travel industry customers with a mobile platform – M2B – to manage all mobile channels, web, apps and messaging. It also delivers an extranet mobile channel manager that allows e-commerce experts to manage and optimize mobile channels (launch promotions, banners, service notices, etc.).
The company works with easyJet, Qantas Group’s Jetstar and Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts.
