Emergo Ventures Expands Investment Scope

Emergo Ventures, the venture capital firm within the investment company Emergo Group, is expanding its scope in technologies such as Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM), Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Intelligent Workplace Management (IWM), which address the need for efficiency improvement (utilization of work space, product placement, asset tracking, personnel assignments) and energy conservation.

Emergo Ventures will identify and invest in solutions that will enable business owners and facility managers to improve the utilization of their digital building infrastructure in an effort to enhance their service levels and further contribute to their bottom line.
