Beintoo, a Milan, Italy- and Palo Alto, CA-based provider of loyalty rewards and monetization platform for mobile games, apps, and websites, has secured $5m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Italian venture capital firm Innogest Capital.
The company intends to use the funding to extend its presence in North America and Asia, expanding operations, with an emphasis in sales, and continuing to create partnerships with brands and developers.
Led by CEO Antonio Tomarchio, Beintoo is a mobile engagement platform provider offering a loyalty program for mobile and web applications and games. It rewards users with virtual credits, called Bedollars, for achievements earned and daily activities on the web and in applications and games.
Bedollars can be redeemed in the Beintoo Marketplace or in the online store of Beintoo’s retail partners for premium offers from national and local, brick-and-mortar retailers.
