LifeStreet Media Receives $66M Investment from Nautic Partners

LifeStreet Media, a San Carlos, California-based online ad network, has received a $66m investment from middle-market private equity firm Nautic Partners.

According to a written statement, the company intends to use the capital to grow in the social and mobile display advertising space and to facilitate liquidity for investors.

Founded by digital advertising veterans CEO Mitchell Weisman and Paul Kennedy and serial technology entrepreneur Serge Ioffe, the company provides in global in-app advertising for Facebook, Apple (iOS) and Android developers, based on its RevJet optimization platform.
It received early funding from Exigent Ventures, its founders, and additional angel investors.
The company also has offices in Moscow, Odessa, and Riga.
