Enval Raises Funding

Enval, a Cambridge and Luton, UK-based provider of recycling and environmental technology solutions, has raised funding from the Angel CoFund and a syndicate of business angels.

The company is backed by Cambridge Enterprise and business angels from both Cambridge Capital Group and Cambridge Angels.

Led by Chairman of the Board Martin Lamb, Acting Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer Dr. Carlos Ludlow-Palafox, Business Development Director David Boorman, and R&D Director Professor Howard Chase, Enval uses technology originally developed at Cambridge University to build commercial facilities for recovering aluminium from waste laminated packaging.
In parallel to the technical development and commercialization of its proprietary processes, the company provides environmental life cycle analysis and technology consultancy, with particular emphasis on the pyrolytic recycling of complex flexible packaging materials.
