CopperEgg Raises $2.1M in Series A Funding Round

CopperEgg, Corp., an Austin, Texas-based cloud monitoring and analytics company, has raised an additional $2.1m to complete a $4.1m Series A Funding round.

The round was led by Silverton Partners, with participation from Webb Investment Network, the investment fund of former eBay COO Maynard Webb, and private investors including Asana executive Kenny Van Zant.

The company intends to use the capital to expand its product development efforts and go-to-market programs.

Led by newly appointed CEO Bob Quillin, CopperEgg provides real-time insight into the performance, quality, and availability of applications and services deployed on cloud, virtual and physical servers.
Bob Quillin is a tech industry veteran who brings to CopperEgg over 28 years of technology experience and entrepreneurship with deep domain knowledge in IT management, cloud computing, and virtualization plus his background in low-touch, high-velocity marketing and sales.
