CeDe Group Receives Equity Investment from Fouriertransform

CeDe Group AB, a Malmoe, Sweden-based company that designs, develops and produces special machines for the mining and construction markets, has received an equity investment from Fouriertransform.

Following the transaction, whose amount was not disclosed, Fouriertransform will own a 49% stake in the company. It has made the investment along with the current owners, CEO Goran Bredinger and Vice President Håkan Johannesson. Now, the company has the opportunity to further develop its offering and to continue to expand geographically.

Founded in 1923, CeDe is a supplier with a broad knowledge of applications, mechanics, hydraulics and electronics, with deep expertise and capacity in production. It has SEK128m in turnover and 65 employees in Malmoe.
Customers include Volvo Construction Equipment and Atlas Copco.
