App47 Closes $750K Second Funding

App47, a Reston, Virginia-based provider of enterprise mobile application management services, has closed a $750k second funding round.

Backers include Valhalla Partners, Clarabridge co-founder and CEO Sid Banerjee, Braun Jones, Thermopylae Sciences & Technology president Abraham J. “AJ” Clark, as well as additional investment from co-founders, CEO Chris Schroeder and chairman Sean McDermott.

App47 delivers enterprise mobile app management and intelligence to optimize the enterprise mobile app user experience. It provides an integrated, lifecycle view of enterprise app functionality, from initial implementation to ongoing management to performance improvement.

The company, which offers both an on-premise solution (preferred by government agencies or commercial enterprises that have a need to protect critical information behind firewalls) and a cloud-based solution, serves organizations in the public sector, enterprise, consumer and media space.
