United Mobile Apps Completes $1M Series A Funding

United Mobile Apps Pvt Ltd, an India based 4G technology company, completed its $1m Series A round of funding.

The round was led by Mumbai Angels, with participation from Blume Ventures, India Venture Partners and Christopher Preinz and Associates.

The company intends to use the funding to expand its engineering, marketing/sales and R&D activities. It has already expanded their marketing/sales to Japan, and is working on some key partnerships in that region.

Led by co-founder Sriram V Iyer and Arun Samudrala,, United Mobile Apps provides Connection Management, Device Management and Data Synchronization platforms designed to enable silicon vendors, device manufacturers and operators deliver a connected experience to the end-users.
