United Allergy Services (UAS), a San Antonio, TX-based provider of allergy testing and immunotherapy services to primary care physicians, has received an investment of undisclosed amount from Growth equity firm Serent Capital.
Serent’s investment aims to support the company’s growth.
Founded in 2009 by Chairman Dr. James Strader, and led by Nick Hollis, UAS brings effective and convenient allergy testing and immunotherapy to:
– primary care physicians;
– pulmonologists;
– ENT physicians;
– pediatricians;
– internal medicine physicians; and
– healthcare systems
that treat the vast majority of patients with seasonal and perennial allergies.
The company’s service line features:
– in-office UAS Certified Clinical Allergy Specialist staffing and training;
– quality assurance and regulatory compliance; and
– supply and inventory management.
