Chartbeat, a NYC-based SaaS analytics company, has closed a $9.5m Series B funding.
The round was led by Josh Stein at Draper Fisher Jurvetson and Saul Klein at Index Ventures, with participation from additional angel investors.
Founded in 2009 and led by CEO Tony Haile, the company partners with editors, writers, marketers, developers, to give them real-time information about their sites. Through its (new) dashboards and APIs, users will get live stats about your site’s visitor behavior – from traffic stats, to engagement metrics, to geographic data and everything in between.
Clients include ESPN, Fox News, The New York Times, Forbes, Fab.com, and Gilt Groupe.
