Union Optech Co. Ltd., a Zhongshan, China-based optical lens provider, has raised an undisclosed funding.
The round was led by WestSummit Capital.
The company intends to use the capital to expand manufacturing facilities and support worldwide growth initiatives.
Established in June 2005, Union Optech produces optical and electric modules such as lenses and sensors used in digital, in-vehicle, and security cameras, smartphones, and other devices.
In conjunction with the funding. Dr. Datong Chen will join WestSummit’s Board of Directors.
