TIP Imaging Receives $100K in Funding

TIP Imaging, a Shaker Heights, OH-based developer of an image quality (IQ)-based dose management system that removes the guesswork for CT technologists, has received $100k in funding from the Innovation Fund.

The company intends to use the capital to validate its technology and business concept.
TIP Imaging’s ConvergeCT is designed to eliminate unnecessary variation due to the complexity of scanner setup, variability in scanner models and patient differences, yielding improved clinical outcomes.

Created by the Lorain County Community College Foundation, the Innovation Fund awards early-stage capital to technology-based companies in Northeast Ohio.
