timeRAZOR Raises $3.4M in Funding

timeRAZOR, a D.C.-area start up developing an app that keeps people connected with what’s going on around them, said it raised $3.4m in funding.

Investors remained undisclosed.

In stealth mode since June 2011, the company is finishing development for revolutionary product, partnering with brands, local retail properties, sports teams, and trendsetting companies.
Partners include L’Oreal’s Active Cosmetics Division, Renaissance Hotels, Vail Valley Foundation, local retail properties (The Shops at Dos Lagos, The Village at Leesburg, and West 7th), World Adult Kickball Association, JetSet Studios, and Boston-area HWS’ four minor league baseball teams.

Founded in June 2011 by CEO Jeff White, and Victoria Clark, timeRAZOR will launch in in March 2012, free to consumers on iOS and Android.
