Centre Lane Partners, a New York based private investment firm, has acquired Louisville, KY-based Louisville Laminating from Reynolds Packaging Group LLC.
The investment is aimed at helping the company further improve and expand its portfolio of product solutions.
Led by VP & General Manager Andy Starr, Louisville Laminating develops, manufactures, and supplies metals-based packaging and laminated materials to the Tobacco, Wire & Cable, and Building & Construction markets.
The company currently serves customers throughout North, Central, and South America as well as Western Europe. The business employs over 140 people.
