Castlerock Recruitment Group Limited, a St Helens, UK-based healthcare recruitment business, has received an investment of undisclosed amount from the North West Fund for Development Capital (NWFDC), managed by YFM Equity Partners.
The company intends to use the funding to add staff to support recent contract wins ( such as the one with General Healthcare Group, to provide general ward nurses, theatre staff and healthcare assistants), as well as providing additional funds for working capital purposes.
Led by CEO Ian Munro, Ian McDougall and Paul Booth, Castlerock provides permanent and temporary staff to clients such as the Ministry of Defence (MOD), NHS, HM Prisons, etc..
The company has ten offices around the country and employs 57 staff, including 31 recruitment specialists.
