Tidepool, a start up that is developing a real-time complexity analytics platform to assess and track the psychological characteristics of internet job seekers, has been selected to participate in the startup accelerator program of Amplify.
As a part of the program, the company will receive up to $50k in seed funding, office space and will have a three year hiatus on city taxes.
Co-founded by CSO Dr. Galen Buckwalter and CEO Kabir Sagoo, Tidepool leverages its patent-pending assessment system that uses visual stimuli in a gamified environment to assess seven (still undisclosed) key psychological characteristics and provide companies with customized hiring algorithms developed to match new employees specifically into their culture.
Based in Los Angeles, Amplify.LA is a startup accelerator designed to help members grow their companies, which operates from a 10,000 square foot entrepreneurial campus originally designed by architect Steven Ehrlich.
