Performance Horizon Group Raises Second Venture Capital Funding

Performance Horizon Group, a Newcastle, UK-based provider of performance marketing technology, has raised a second venture capital funding.

The amount was not disclosed.

The round was led by Greycroft Partners and existing investor DN Capital.

In conjunction with the financing, John Taysom, founder of Reuters Group Plc’s venture fund, and Tom Buehlmann, an experienced sales and marketing executive, will join PHG’s board.

The company intends to use the funds to expand the businessvand grow its client base. To this end, it opened offices in London and New York.

Established in May 2010 by CEO Malcolm Cowley and Paul Fellows, founders of buy.at which was sold to AOL in 2008 for $125m  PHG has developed a global platform (ExactView) for tracking, reporting, managing and optimising performance and partner relationships in affiliate and lead generation campaigns, regardless of channel or device.
