Idinvest Partners, a European private equity firm specialized in the low and middle market segments, has held the final closing of its debt fund at €275m.
The Idinvest Private Debt fund focuses on medium-sized European companies seeking mezzanine financing for their development or LBO.
It will make mezzanine debt investments between €5m and €15m in small and medium-sized companies and secondary transactions (such as senior debt buyback, mezzanine debt, LP portfolios).
Supporters include institutional investors and family offices, including banks, insurers, pension funds and mutual insurance companies.
