iCIMS, a Hazlet, NJ-based provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) talent management solutions for the small business market, has received a $35m minority growth equity investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity.
The company plans to use the funding to increase investments in marketing, product development, and additional acquisitions.
As part of its expansion strategy, iCIMS plans to increase full time staff by almost 25% within the next year. These employees will be spread throughout the United States and abroad and will be concentrated in marketing, sales, and technology (http://www.icims.com/careers/).
Led by CEO Colin Day, the company has developed a single web-based application, which enables organizations to manage their entire talent lifecycle from candidate management through employee management. Its flagship product, the Talent Platform, provides a talent acquisition system that automates social recruiting, applicant tracking, and onboarding processes.
iCIMS has more than 1,000 clients worldwide and offices in North America, UK, and China.
SGE representatives Scott Feldman, Amir Goldman, and Jonathan Klahr will join iCIMS’ Board of Directors.
