Holganix LLC, a Glen Mills (Delaware County), PA-based company that owns and markets a turf health enhancer, has received a $200k follo-on investment from Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania (BFTP/SEP).
Ben Franklin previously invested $250k in the company.
Led by CEO Barrett Ersek, Vice President R&D Stephen Lange, CFO Paul Commons, and Vice President Operations Dave Thompson, Holganix owns and markets a turf health enhancer (Holganix System), which uses natural microorganisms instead of chemicals to get thick, green, healthy lawns and trees while reducing the use of fertilizers (and pesticides, nitrates and phosphates typically found inside them).
