GCR & Associates, Inc., a New Orleans, LA-based an international professional services firm, has been acquired by Clearview Capital Fund II, LP, in partnership with its management team.
With the transaction, which closed on December 31, 2011, the company’s founders retained a portion of the equity while other key managers acquired an ownership stake, as well.
The investment is expected to help GCR continue to grow organically and through acquisitions.
Led by CEO Gregory C. Rigamer, the company partners with government and commercial clients to deliver consulting services and technology solutions in aviation, elections, urban planning, right-of-way, energy, public safety and disaster recovery. GCR’s solutions include custom developed software solutions, information management and other professional services.
