Forest2Market, Inc. a Charlotte, North Carolina-based provider of pricing data, supply chain expertise and consulting services to the forest products and biomass energy industries, has raised a Series B financing of undisclosed amount.
Backers include Earthrise Capital Fund, and existing investor Zephyr Investment Management.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its recently-launched recycled paper and biomass feedstock product sets.
Led by founder and CEO Pete Stewart, Forest2Market provides market price data, supply chain expertise and other decision support services to participants in the forest, wood products and bioenergy industries. It delivers information and analytics for forest product and biomass resource procurement, feedstock price indexes, chain of custody documentation, and other supply chain management issues.
In conjunction with the funding, Ann Partlow, Partner of Earthrise Capital, will take a seat on the company’s board.
