Unbounce Raises $850K in Funding
Unbounce, a Vancouver, BC, Canada-based self-serve hosted service that provides tools to create, publish and test promotion specific landing pages, has raised $850k in funding.
Backers include Real Ventures, Founder Co-Op, Atlas Ventures, Social Leverage, 500Startups, Point Nine Capital, as well as angel investors Boris Wertz, Mike Edwards, Rapleaf CEO Auren Hoffman, and Articulate CEO Adam Schwartz.
The company intends to use the capital to invest in developing the capabilities and further improvements of its tools, which allow marketers (doing paid search, banner ads, email or social media marketing) to create and test promotion specific landing pages without the need for IT or developers.
Unbounce is led by CEO Rick Perreault, CTO Carl Schmidt, and COO Jason Murphy.
