Stratix Corp., a Norcross, Ga.-based provider of mobile software and services, has been acquired by Grey Mountain Partners for an undisclosed sum.
Boulder, Colo.-based private equity firm Grey Mountain Partners has acquired a majority interest in the company to expand its solution offerings and geographical reach.
Led by CEO and President Gina Gallo, Stratix provides enterprise mobile software and service solutions by designing, developing, delivering and managing its customers’ mobile IT systems and assets. It serves companies operating in retail, field service, transportation and logistics including The Home Depot, Macy’s, Coca-Cola and ConAgra Foods.
