Futura Holding S.p.A. (Gruppo La Patria), a Bologna, Italy-based provider of security services, has received an equity investment of undisclosed amount from Fondo Italiano di Investimento and PM & Partners.
The company intends to use the proceeds to grow organically and through acquisitions of players operating in the same sector.
Founded in 1950 by the Colli Family, and led by President and majority shareholder Roberto Colli, Gruppo La Patria currently employs about 260 people and has a turnover of €24m. It operates in the areas of Bologna and Modena with licences released by local prefectures.
