Utility Exchange Online Ltd (UEO), a Derby, UK-based provider of price comparison services for utilities, including heating and electricity, for small businesses, recently received an investment of undisclosed amount from Beringea.
The investment, which was made through Beringea-managed ProVen VCTs, aims to strengthen the company’s growth plans.
Started in 2009 by serial entrepreneur Conway Standing, UEO is a business price comparison and switching service that provides its customers with comprehensive and free advice on utilities such as business electricity, gas and telecom, helping customers to switch suppliers, and saving time, money and energy.
