XMS Penvision, a Norrköping, Sweden-based firm specializing in digital pen and paper solutions leveraging Anoto® functionality, has received a private equity investment of undisclosed amount from Myrian Capital.
Following the deal, Myrian will become a major shareholder in the company.
Founded in 2001 and led by CEO Mats Beijer-Olsen, XMS Penvision offers Penvision Formidable, a complete system for design, development, administration, printing and processing of digital pen and paper with the integrated routing software Penvision PenPusher, as well as a wide variety of training and professional services.
The investment is expected to help the company increase market penetration and serve customers in several verticals such as healthcare, financial services, and field services.
