Nukona, Inc., a San Diego, CA-based company that provides Mobile Application-Management (MAM) software that enables enterprise IT to apply corporate policies to apps, users and devices, has closed a funding of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by Citrix Startup Accelerator, with participation from a number of other angel investors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate a number of security and policy management features for its flagship App Center product line.
Led by co-founder and CEO Chris Perret, Nukona is a mobile management company whose solutions are designed to enable IT organizations to secure, deploy and manage corporate applications and enterprise data on company-owned and personal mobile devices. The company also has offices in San Jose, Calif.
