Motivity Labs (formerly Corpus Mobile Labs), an Irving, Texas-based software services firm that focuses on the wireless industry, has received an equity investment of undisclosed amount from Naya Ventures.
The company, which has been rebranded after a redefinition of corporate strategy accompanied by additions to the management team, supports development and deployment of end-to-end solutions for enterprises and startups with an emphasis on mobile applications and cloud-based solutions, as well as with certification and testing. Motivity Labs mainly serves mobile device manufacturers, wireless network operators, enterprises and ISVs.
Customers include Microsoft, Good Technology, SinglePoint, ComStar, Exclaim Mobility, Nokia, Samsung, HTC, Blackberry and PBJS.
The company also operates offices in Hyderabad, India.
Naya Ventures is an early stage venture capital firm that invests in mobile and SaaS startups in the US and India.
