Krux Digital Raises $11m in Funding

Krux Digital, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of consumer internet data management solutions, has raised an additional $11m in funding.

The round was led by Accel Partners and IDG Ventures, with participation from existing investors.

The company intends to use the capital to increase its Bay Area and New York City presence, adding to its market-facing and engineering teams (read here), and expand globally (mainly in Europe)

In conjunction with the funding, Arthur Patterson, Founding Partner at Accel, and Alex Rosen, Managing Director at IDG Ventures, are joining the company’s Board of Directors.

Launched in August 2010 by co-founder and CEO Tom Chavez, Krux provides digital publishers and website operators with a comprehensive Consumer Internet Data Management (CIDM) platform to protect, manage, and monetize consumer data signatures across multiple devices, sources, and formats.
