Ilesfay Technology Group LLC, a Blue Ash, OH-based company that offers cloud-based data replication services for corporate product life-cycle management, has received a $350k investment commitment from CincyTech.

The company, which already has a contract with Procter & Gamble, is also seeking another $150k to close the round.

Founded in 2009 by CEO Chris McLennan, James Taylor and Joe Kramer, who met while working for Cincinnati engineering firm Alexander & Associates, Ilesfay offers cloud-based data-replication software, which is designed to allow multi-nation organizations to convey complex engineering and manufacturing documents more quickly and less expensively than their current methods.

The company received a $40,000 CincyTech Imagining Grant and significant services last spring.
Ilesfay initially focuses on engineering-related product life-cycle management and will expand soon into other industry areas.
