Hui She Shang (The Luxury Club), a Chinese e-commerce company, has completed its seed round financing.
Investors include Parkview Ventures and Mousse Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its international brand partnership program and online promotional and sales activities.
CO-founded by Chairman Francis Gouten, and CEO Remi Chabrat, The Luxury Club offers Chinese consumers authentic and brand-authorized luxury goods, including beauty and cosmetics, watches and jewelry, fashion accessories, wines and spirits through its website at www.huisheshang.com and through targeted marketing and promotional campaigns. The company also has a strategic marketing cooperation with Taobao Mall (Tmall.com), a China-based business-to-consumer online retail platform, which provides international brands access to the biggest online distribution channel in China.
In conjunction with the funding, Laurent Ohana, Managing Partner at Parkview Ventures, will join the The Luxury Club’s Board. Sherry Lin, Managing Director at Mousse Partners, will join as Board Observer.
