Cinsay, Inc., an Austin, TX-based provider of a video eCommerce platform and content management system, completed its latest round of equity financing.
Backers include:
– Mr. Carey Metz, head of Whiteside Energy Hedge Fund,
– McCombs Family Partners Group, founded by Red McCombs, co-founder of Clear Channel Communications, and
– other international institutional investors.
This funding, which brings the total amount raised to date to more than $31m, will be used to deploy the company’s “Cinsay Smart Container™” technology, which uses intelligent Internet objects that virally syndicate, propagate across the web and other connected network and mobile devices.
It is currently scheduled for launch in fourth quarter of 2011.
Led by CEO and Founder Christian Briggs, Cinsay has offices in Dallas and Los Angeles.
